TIMES OF DISPATCH:

Please note that these are approximate times, and deliveries may occasionally take longer. Please be aware that weekends and bank holidays are not included in working days.

Order shipping may occasionally take up to two working days during peak times. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday orders might only be shipped on Monday. Please take note that shipping times may extend during public holidays and bank holidays (such as Christmas and New Year).

SHIPPING

Before placing your order, make sure your shipping address is correct. Reshipping costs apply to returned packages.

STANDARD DELIVERY:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 Business Days (transit time after dispatch). All orders are processed within 3 business days before shipment. Total estimated delivery time is up to 8 business days from order date under normal conditions.

CARRIERS FOR SHIPPING:

We collaborate with reputable shipping companies including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. Byathlete's discounted shipping rates are used to compute shipping costs in real time throughout the purchase process. Estimated delivery time frames are not certain.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to selected international destinations. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout for your delivery address. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on the destination. Before placing your order, review the charges shown at checkout; any import charges not included in your order total may be collected separately.

TIME SPENT PROCESSING

Our facility in Rhode Island processes orders and ships them out in 3 business days.

Holidays and specials may result in longer processing delays. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

PACKAGES THAT ARE DAMAGED, MISSING, OR STOLEN

If your package is lost, damaged, or marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us at contact@byathlete.com. We'll review the details and help investigate with the carrier. Any refund or replacement will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

We ship to selected EU and EEA destinations. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether shipping is available and which options and delivery estimates apply.

Available carriers depend on your delivery address and order. If tracking is provided, we'll email the tracking details when your order ships.

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping options and prices for eligible destinations are shown at checkout. A BYATHLETE international shipping option is configured at $25 USD, with free shipping from $200 USD for eligible orders. Carrier-calculated options may also be available. The final amount may appear in your checkout currency.
