Returns Policy
General Information
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return under our 30-day return policy. (excluding items discounted 30% or more).
Conditions and requirements for returns
- Don’t remove labels of any type, including hanging tags and washing labels.
- When trying them on, put on underwear.
- The items need to be unwashed and not dried in a dryer.
- Items containing hair from humans or animals may be refused.
- Items that are covered in powder, glitter, skin fragments, or other material can be refused.
- Products with piling are unable to be accepted.
- Strong scents, such as those from cigarettes, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, etc., will not be accepted.
- We won't accept anything that have stains or other indications, like deodorant.
- For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns (including reimbursements) or exchanges on any water bottles, face masks, underwear, bodysuits, or socks.
- Swimwear is not returnable. For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for certain items.
- We do not currently pay for return shipping expenses.
- When returning a product using our returns site, the label cost will be automatically subtracted for domestic US customer.
- Please be aware that there will be no reimbursement for the original shipping charges if you are returning your full order.
- Returns that arrive after 45 days from the date your order was shipped might not be accepted. If there is a sudden delay in your return, please get in touch with our support staff.
- Please give our staff 15 to 20 business days after your return is delivered to investigate and handle your return or exchange. If your return hasn't been handled within that window of time, send us an email and our staff will take care of it right away!

EXCHANGE
General Information
Exchanges are unfortunately not feasible. We respectfully ask that you return your item and place a new order if you require an item in a different size or color.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
